Carolyn "CC" Hart is a California Massage Therapy Council (CAMTC) licensed practitioner with more than 30 years of experience providing soft tissue mobilization, myofascial release, orthopedic, deep tissue, and pre/post natal massage. I acquired my first manual therapy certifications in 1992, and have consistently focused my practice toward evidence based protocols that offer reliable results. Over my long career, I’ve worked within an outpatient orthopedic and sports physical therapy clinic, a dynamic Pacific Heights yoga studio, and in San Francisco’s technology sector, where I was on staff with Twitter in their @FitterTwitter health and wellness program. Numerous educators have helped me refine my practice, including Tom Meyers, Carol Orborne, John Barnes, and the late John Uppledger. Her technique is largely corrective in emphasis; my goal is to work with your unique needs to rehabilitate soft-tissue injuries and dysfunction. Many of my clients are seeking a mix of relaxing therapies such as Swedish massage blended with more specific modalities to address problem areas. My broad skillset paired with almost three decades in practice helps me work with you via various hands-on methods to achieve your wellness goals.
